21/1/2010: Microsoft releases IE critical patch
Microsoft have released a patch to fix a vulnerability in Internet Explorer that was apparently exploited by cyber criminals to hack into Google's Chinese office. In an official Microsoft Security Bulletin MS10-002 issued on January 21,2010, Microsoft ranked the update as critical and recommended users to implement the patch for all affected Windows operating systems and versions of Internet Explorer. Customers participating in the Blueprint Managed Services Portal will have the patch installed automatically. Other customers are urged to contact Blueprint if assistance is required to install the patch.
